Remote Monitoring

Look after distant sites without driving out to them

Pump stations, tanks or control cabinets spread across many locations send PLC and sensor values over 4G to one cloud, and you are alerted when any site goes offline.

Common problems

  • Someone has to drive to each site to check the readings
  • You do not know a pump has stopped or a signal is lost until there is a problem
  • The site has no LAN or permanent internet connection

What we measure

Values read from your equipment

Read through the gateway, shown on the dashboard, with history charts.

  • Water or liquid level
  • Line pressure
  • Flow rate
  • Pump status: run / stop / fault
  • Digital inputs, e.g. cabinet door open, power failure

Site status from the gateway

  • Online / offline status of each site
  • Time of the last data received
  • 4G signal strength and the active SIM

  • Dashboards

    Latest values and charts for every data point, on desktop and mobile.

  • History

    Detailed data for 30 days on every package; longer history is kept as summarised data, by package.

  • Threshold alerts

    Set a high / low limit per data point. When a value goes out of range, you are alerted via LINE and email.

  • Offline alerts

    Get alerted when a gateway or device stops sending data — no need to wait for someone to notice.
