Frequently asked questions
What counts as a “site”?
A site is one location — a plant, building, pump station or farm. Every gateway at the same site uses the same package.
We have several plants. Do we need several accounts?
No. One account can hold many sites, and each site chooses its own package. Users sign in once and see every site they have access to.
What is the difference between detailed and summarised data?
Detailed data is every value the gateway sends, kept for 30 days on every package. Longer history is kept as 5-minute and hourly summaries (average, minimum, maximum and last value) for as long as your package allows — enough for trends and historical reports.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, one site at a time, and existing data stays. A downgrade is possible when the site's usage fits the new package's limits, such as the number of gateways and data points.
What happens if we exceed the data point quota?
New data points over the quota are not recorded yet, and the account administrator is notified so you can upgrade or adjust points — data is never dropped without notice.
Does the price include the gateway?
No. Gateways are sold separately; ask our sales team about models and prices.
Are SIM and data costs included?
This is confirmed in your quotation and depends on the gateway model and each site's usage.
Why are these called starting prices?
The prices on this page are starting prices per site per month. The final price is confirmed in your quotation, based on your equipment and project terms.
